Given the extreme heat forecast and in line with Netball WA and the West Coast Men’s & Mixed Netball Association’s (WCMMNA) heat policy, WCMMNA have made the difficult decision to postpone the annual Thunder Cup for Saturday 27th of November. The Association is seeking an alternate date to run the event and once venue availability is confirmed will publish further details.
"Whilst inconvenient and an unfortunate position to be in, the health and safety of our participants, members, umpires, and spectators is our main priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hopefully we can get some form of community engagement and competition for boys off the ground in the near future."
