After a chaotic year, West Coast Thunder are excited to be able to again put on our Exhibition games and Farewell celebration as a squad. Increasing to seven teams after COVID postponed the 2020 championships, the exhibition games will provide new and returning athletes an opportunity to showcase their skill, development and commitment to the Thunder program to their friends and family. Following this, our farewell event will allow our squad to celebrate the season (or two) that was with family, friends and sponsors.
Details for the event are below and we are strongly encouraging as many West Australian netball fans to get involved as possible to support our teams and enjoy an action packed night of netball and follow the event across to the celebration afterwards.
Exhibition Games:
When: Friday 12th March 2021 from 5:30pm
Where: Gold Netball Centre
Doors Open: 5:30pm
Game 1: 6:00pm (17&U v 17&U invitational and Mixed Reserve v Mixed Reserve)
Game 2: 7:30pm (Men's Open v 23&U and Mixed Open v Men's Reserve)
Farewell Celebration
Where: Wembley Hotel
When: From 9:00pm
